Breleigh Ann Favre was born on the 13th of July 1999 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi Her nationality is American while her ethnicity is Caucasian. Favre grew up in Hattiesburg and attended Oak Grove High School. Due to her older sister’s influence, she first took up volleyball and started playing in the sixth grade. She played in different cities like Green Bay and Minneapolis and it eventually became a passion of hers. Breleigh Favre played volleyball for four years in high school, during which she excelled and received multiple awards. These include MVP at the Mississippi All-Star Game, All-State first-team selection (2016), and All-State second-team selection (2014).

In her senior year alone, the media personality recorded 300 kills and 52 service aces on her way to being Lamar Times Pine Player of the Year. After her great performances in high school, Breleigh Favre was recruited heavily by several colleges. However, she decided to continue her family tradition and enrolled at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2017. At Southern Miss, Favre studied biology and was also a notable member of the school’s volleyball program

Favre comes from one of Mississippi’s most famous families. Her father is legendary quarterback Brett Favre. He was born on the 10th of October 1969 in Mississippi. He played high school and college football before being drafted into the NFL in 1991. Brett spent 20 years in the league where he won multiple awards. These include Super Bowl Champion, Pro Bowl selection (11 times), First Team All-Pro (3 times), and AP NFL Most Valuable Player of the Year (3 times). At the time of his retirement, Brett was leading the NFL in passes, touchdowns and quarterback wins. He has since been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Breleigh Favre also has an accomplished mother in the person of Deanna Favre. Deanna was born on the 28th of December 1968 in Gulfport, Mississippi. She is equally gifted in sports, playing both college basketball and softball. Deanna attended a community college in Poplarville before joining USM, where she earned a degree in exercise science. Favre’s parents are quite proud of their achievements and often attend their games.

The couple is also involved in promoting volleyball in the American South. The Favres are building a volleyball facility in Southern Miss to support the school’s athletic program. The facility will have two practice courts as well as a main court with a capacity of 1000 seats. The building will also have a workout room, fitness and locker rooms, and a multipurpose mezzanine.

Breleigh Favre has only one sibling; an eldest sister named Brittany. The two sisters differ in that Favre is quiet, shy and reserved while her older sister is very engaging and outspoken. Brittany was born on the 6th of February 1989. She studied law at Loyola University Law School and graduated in May 2015. She is now a sports and entertainment attorney and lives in Hattiesburg. Brittany Favre has two sons, Alex and AJ, and is married to longtime boyfriend Patrick Valkenburg.
