BIOGRAPHY
Hugo Becker trained at the Cours Florent in Paris and at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Originally from Metz, he first appeared in a short film which, in 2010, allowed him to be part of the Adami Young Talents selection at Cannes. Since then, the filming has continued. The actor notably plays opposite Vincent Elbaz in the action thriller L’Assaut , directed by Julien Leclercq . He played an alcoholic hitchhiker in the thriller La Proie alongside Albert Dupontel , and distinguished himself in the comedy La Croise .

Hugo Becker then landed a role in the CW drama Gossip Girl , propelling his career internationally. In the guise of Prince Louis Grimaldi of Monaco, he is the fiancé of Blair Waldorf. His French accent and his mastery of English quickly attracted a large audience, so much so that he landed one of the main roles in Damsels in Distress by Whit Stillman , then quickly joined Felicity Jones in the cast of Breathe In by Drake Doremus .
